In the beginning

We start this Bronco Restoration with a stock 73 Bronco bought on Ebay in Texas. Very little rust to deal with.

We completely disassemble the Bronco

Lots of new custom parts will be added to this build. The tub is lined with colored urethane inside the tub and engine compartment. Black urethane on the underside.

We start reassembly with the frame. Rebuilt engine, C4 auto trans, Dana 20 T case is fitted with twin sticks. Long arm 4" lift kit and dual shocks on each corner. Nickle plated headers into stainless duel exhaust.

Dana 44 disc brake front includes a Trac Loc and 4.11 gears. BB 9" disc brake rear also has a Trac loc and 4.11 gears. A 23 gal rear tank is added. The body is back from paint and it is ready to install on the 2 inch body lift.

A set of 36x12.5x15 Super Swampers on slots are added. The interior rebuild starts with a new firewall pad and rebuilt heater assembly

We rebuild the original harness and dash components. Retrofit a new muliport fuel injection system into the stock electrical system.

Dash is completed and installed. The customer decided to go with 5.0 MPFI system so we had to retrofit the system into the Bronco

The fuel injection turned out Great!! Test drive time. Top and bumpers are back from paint. Time to start adding the goodies.

Hood installed with lift cylinders. Smoked sliding side windows installed. All new carpet, dash pad, houndstooth door panels and seats are installed.

High pressure air tank, high lift jack and roll bar finish off the inside of the rig. 8000 lb Warn winch, SS Cooler and Jerry can finish off the exterior.

The Bronco is ready to be delivered to a very happy customer.

This rig has turned out as one of the nicest Bronco anywhere. It will last for many more years to come.
