We start with a good, rebuilt, drum brake Dana 44 axle assembly. We can set one up with any gear choice you need. we can install any Trac Loc, Loc Right, Detroit or ARB diff carrier you would like. We remove the drum brake assemblies and knuckles.

This axle is ready to take the new parts.

Conversion kits include parts from the 78-79 Bronco or 1/2 ton pickup. All checked, cleaned and glass bead blasted. New parts are included when needed. New wheel bearings, spindle bearings, hub seals and tie rod bolt bushings are also included. This Ford parts kit will run $850 with new rotors, hubs, brgs, seals and calipers.

We install the knuckles and inner axles.

Next the calipher brackets and spindles.

Next we pack the new wheel bearings and install the hub and rotor assemblies.

Finally we install the new brake hoses, lock out hubs, tie rod bushings and tie rod assembly. Finally it is painted and ready to ship. This particular axle is custom built for a customer in CA. It has 4.11 gears, Trac Loc and the disc brake conversion. This axle is out of a 74 Bronco.
