Disc brake Dana 44 built for a 94 Jeep YJ, 4.56 gears, ARB locker, high steering linkage.

Dana 44 built for 85 CJ Jeep 4.88 gear rartio, ARB air locker, Chrome molly inner shafts with super joints, high steering linkage. This axle was shipped with matching Dana 44 rear axle.

Here we have a matched set Dana 44 front and Ford 9" rear axles. 4.56 gear ratios, ARB air lockers, disc brakes. Shipped to Oklahoma for a Bronco!



Here is an axle going to MN completely rebuilt with Chevy disc brake conversion.

We start with a used Dana 44. This is a 77 Bronco axle.We build Dana 44 axles from Jeep, Dodge and Chevy also.

Axle is stripped to the housing

Housing is then steam cleaned and shot blasted, checked for cracks, bad welds and straightness. Painted and ready for reassembly.

This axle will get a new set of 4.56 gears and new Tracloc posi unit, all new seals and bearings.

New inner axle seals are installed

New gears are installed and setup for proper pinion depth, gear mesh and backlash.

Front cover is blasted and installed. Remember we do not ship axles with gear lube. All cases are shipped empty. Do not forget to add oil before you take your new axle out for a test drive!

Outter brake and hub assemblies are cleaned, blasted, painted and ready for installation.
