We have a customer in Pensylvania that wants a refurbished body for his Bronco. We will be building a refurbished tb assembly, new fenders, new doors, new tailgate, new grill,. The tub will have new fiberglass fender flare fitted front and rear. We will also be refurbishing a hard top to go with the tub. When everything is complete we will crate everything up and ship it to its new home in PA.
PA Body Project
Sheet metal work is done. The tub is ready to be sand blasted, seam sealed and primed for shipping.
Our customer needs a good hard top. We have one available that needs re-skinned.
We have installed a new roof skin
We have the top blasted, seam and drip rail sealed and ready for primer.
The body has been blasted and new fenders and doors fitted. New flares have also been installed
Seam sealer and primer are left to complete and the project is ready to ship!!
Final sand blasting is done, thurogh washing and seams are all sealed.
The body and hard top are complete with a coating of etch primer.
Our customer wants a custom colored urethane job for both the inside and underside of the body next.
First we apply a coating of spry in sound deadener.
Next we spray in a coating of ceramic insulation.
Then a final coat of tinted urethane finishes the inside of the tub.
A coating of black urethane on the underside of the tub will ensure the ultimate in rust prevention for another 40 years of life.
