We know 4x4, that's all we do.
Over the last year we have been building rolling chassis and drivetrain assemblies for quite a few customers.
We have decided to offer chassis assemblies and drivetrain components built to suit each individual need.
Our webstore lists many components individually but many people are looking for fully assembled and warranted assemblies ready to place a body on.
We are able to provide just about any option possible. We can customize these chassis with many axle, suspension and steering options.
The drivetrain options are nearly endless as well. High performance engines, crate engines, carbureted, fuel injected even diesel.
Regular steel or Stainless steel brake and fuel lines installed.
OEM standard or 23 gal aftermarket fuel tank.
Steering options include standard T style steering linkage, Tie rod over conversion, high steer options etc..
Suspension options are also available, stock, 2.5,3.5,5.5 lift kits installed, OEM style short radius arms, long arm radius arms, new rear springs, single and dual shocks.
If you can dream it, we can build it.
Transmission options include the OEM 3 speed manual, 4 speed NP435, C4-C6 3 speed automatics as well as the AOD 4 speed auto and many 5 speed manual options.
Transfercase options include the EOM Dana 20, NP205, and even several models of the Atlas T case.
We even have several customers who are in the process of building their own Bronco from the ground up. We start them off with a chassis kit they can assemble themselves. Then the drivetrain components. When they are ready we can supply the body and related parts. When they are done they will have their own brand new Bronco.
Give us a call if you are interested in a custom built chassis assembled or in kit form.
We can color coordinate shock boot, shock, radius arm, springs and other suspension components to match your body!
We can add a 27% overdrive box in front of a NP435 4 speed manual transmission as we did for this chassis customer in MS.
Here we installed the new OD box, 4 speed trans, adapter, and twin stick Dana 20 T case for the customer in the frame. Custom cross member was fabricated and new drivelines installed. The customer has his own engine so we use our set up engine block to locate the drivetrain properly.
We have a customer in MA who wants a rolling chassis for the street only. So we have built him a Dana 30 disc brake front axle and SB 9" rear drum brake axle. Rebuilt 302 V8, C 4 auto trans, Dana 20 T case and power steering on a new 3.5" suspension lift and dual shocks all around, will make their 68 retro ride scoot cool on the east coast!!
We have the ability to install 3 or 4 speed automatic transmissions as well as 3-4 or even 5 speed manual transmissions to fit customer wishes.
