73 Louisiana Resto Start - Latest progress
In the Beginning
We have received another frame off project for a customer in New York. A 73 Bronco basket case. Meaning most of the rig comes to us in a basket. As you can see this project was started and is now here pretty much disassembled.
As you can see, we have alot of sorting to do!
The owner wants this one to end up Black and White with fuel injected 302, C4 auto, 4.11 gears with posi front and rear, 4 wheel disc brakes and updated to be a brand new 1973/2010 Ford Bronco!!

Let the build begin
Everything is completely disassembled. What is usable will be saved and refubished, parts that do not meet our standards will be replaced.

Without a close look, this tubs looks to be in pretty good condition
The tub is installed on a rotisserie and inspected closely
After close inspection most of the floor must be replaced
Front floors, trans hump, both inner and outer rocker panels are to be replaced.
Trans hump and passenger side is done
Driver side inner rocker panel is installed
The rear floor panel and both wheelhosings are also needed
Right wheelhousing and corner is installed
New floor and rocker panel is installed
Left wheel housing and new rear floor have been installed
New rear quarters have to be installed. The old quarters were cut out too much for the flares we will be using.
